Placing orders :
When placing orders please send an email to orders@craftcabinetrys.com. In this email please include whether the cabinets will be assembled or knockdown, shipping or pick up, (if shipping please specify whether it is being shipped to the dealer’s location or on a jobsite with a specific address), and a list of all the items that you need. You will first get sent an estimate for you to check over and when you are ready you can reply to the email saying you confirm the order. Orders will be processed once we receive an email of confirmation. Then an invoice will be sent to you along with the date the order will be ready.
Delivery :
Pricing of shipping fee will vary based on location and whether the delivery is made to the dealer's location or jobsite. All jobsite deliveries are curb-side ONLY. If no one is on site on the day of delivery by the time the order arrives the order will be placed in the safest place determined by our driver outside of the location. Pictures will be taken and sent to you informing you that the order has been dropped off. Please note there can be delays on orders, if such a situation arises you will be notified before the pick up date.
Pick up :
An email must be sent 1-2 business days prior to the order pickup for any knockdown orders. An estimated pick up date will be determined once an estimate is confirmed. Please note there can be delays on orders, if such a situation arises you will be notified before the pick up date. Any scheduled rush orders that are not picked up on time are subject to a fine.
Transportation :
In the realm of order transportation management, it is crucial to establish that liability ceases once the delivery process commences. Consequently, any subsequent damages that may arise cannot be attributed to our responsibility. To ensure a comprehensive quality control regimen, it is strongly advised that a thorough inspection of all orders be conducted during the signing-off procedure. Moreover, we recommend that the designated driver be instructed to document any prevailing damages before they leave the drop off site.
Lead time :
Lead time for assembled cabinets is typically 7-10 days. For knockdown cabinets 3-5 days if you are picking up. Lead times may vary depending on volume we are experiencing, holiday times, large orders, etc.
Modifications :
Modifications must be notified in the email of the order. Modifications will come with extra fees, these fees may vary due to the size of the cabinet and type of modification. Modifications are contingent on availability, potential extensions in time, and are susceptible to cancellation. Modifications CANNOT be returned under any circumstances.
Claims :
Upon collection of assembled cabinets, we kindly request a thorough inspection before signing off on the packing slip, as any inaccuracies or omissions in items cannot be rectified subsequent to the sign off. Should any items be absent or damaged, we urge you to document these concerns on the packing slip and subsequently get in touch with us. Regarding knock-down cabinets, a 7-day window is allotted for unpacking and inspection; failure to raise a claim within this period will render future claims inadmissible. Claims for damaged items necessitate pre-assembly reporting and must precede the installation phase. It's important to note that claims for damaged items will not be processed post-installation.
Returns :
The window for cabinet returns extends to a period of 3 weeks from the date of delivery. We are exclusively able to accommodate returns, provided they are in pristine, unused condition and retained within their original packaging. It is important to highlight that all returns are contingent upon a comprehensive inspection and are subject to a restocking fee of 25%. Certain items and conditions do not qualify for returns, which include: 1) Trim components (encompassing all forms of moldings, toe kicks, plywood panels, etc.), 2) Cabinets that have undergone modifications (including size adjustments, hinge alterations, etc.), and 3) Items from display orders.
Limited Warranty :
Craft Cabinetry is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a duration of 3 years from the purchase date in the case of painted cabinets, while stain cabinets are subject to a 5-year warranty. A valid proof of purchase is a prerequisite for warranty claims.
This warranty excludes items that have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, abuse, improper storage or installation, alterations, exposure to excessive moisture or extreme temperatures, accidents, negligence, or typical signs of wear and tear. To be eligible for coverage under this warranty, the product must be used solely in accordance with its intended purpose.
The warranty provided does not encompass expenses associated with the installation, removal, or transportation of the faulty product, regardless of whether these services were carried out by a contractor or a homeowner.
It's important to note that natural woods inherently display variations in color and characteristics, with subtle changes occurring as they mature. The effects of sunlight, smoke, household cleaning agents, and other environmental factors can also influence the color consistency over time. These fluctuations are considered intrinsic to the material's interaction with its surroundings and are not encompassed by this warranty.
Furthermore, Craft Cabinetry retains the right to modify designs, specifications, and materials, without incurring an obligation to implement similar adjustments to previously manufactured products.
Direct submission of warranty claims to Craft Cabinetry by the consumer purchaser is not supported. All consumers are required to engage their respective dealers or distributors from whom the purchase was made. For initiating a warranty claim, the original consumer purchaser must connect with the Craft Cabinetry dealer or distributor from whom the product was initially acquired. To facilitate this process, kindly furnish your claim in written form along with a valid proof of purchase through email at orders@craftcabinetrys.com.
